Left over from the daughters wedding in January, I saved this champagne from a couple of bottles I found during cleanup. At least some came from.a.bottle I found at the top table. Considering this champers was open in January and it's now nearly June I can forgive it having a slight bready-ness on the nose. Three months and we will see.
