This is what 3 kilos of bacon looks like (another kilo is in the tray underneath). Been curing with garlic thyme and rosemary for 8 days, before baking to internal temp of 65 in a 90 degree oven, then chilling for 8 hours before I will pack. #imadebacon #icookinagaggenau #homemadeisbest
