Made some lamb and preserved lemon sausages without a casing. Poached sous vide before a quick fry, rested on some pillowy mashed potatoes and naped with a roasted onion and lemon gravy laced with Ara Chardonnay for a richness. Great finish to the day. #homemadeisbest #imadesausages
